How To Order

1) Do drop us an email with your enquiries to leenacreations13@gmail.com.
    We will reply with a quote within 4 days.

 

2) Once all details are final and pricing agreed on, an invoice will be issued by email   with     payment details.
  

3) Deposit payment of 30% required to confirm booking with us.

Full payment required for orders requiring delivery.( one week before delivery date)

- deposit/full payment are by MBB fund transfer or CIMB fund transfer.

- balance payment for self-collect orders may be paid by cash.

4) DELIVERY is subject to availability. If require delivery, do provide location and timing of   delivery in your initial email enquiry.

Delivery is additional $6 for per location within Klang Valley.

5) SELF-COLLECT: We prefer you self-collect your orders. Self-collect venue in

     No 3 Jalan Dart 13/22 Seksyen 13, Shah Alam. Selangor

Full address will be provided in invoice issued to you

Stock-Returning Policy::

Item(s) is exchangable within the same category strictly within 2days only upon receiving, complies to our policy below:

1 - All associated charges is to be borne by the customer.
2 -  Returning item must be in its original packaging (with taps, tag, carton or boxes) together   

      with any important order references, and strictly unworn!

Accepted Cases:

*1:: Item delivered to you is in terribly damage or stained condition.

*2:: Item's colour largely differ from your order.

Unaccepted Cases:

*1:: Irregular fold or wrinkle due to crumpling packaging.
*2:: Minor in size measurement.

*3:: Customers who did not inform us earlier prior beforehand the reason of exchanging item will
       not be entertained. 

*4:: Sold out items are not available for exchange.
